Do Not Call Policy

01Our policy

Jonathan Falzone, a life insurance agent licensed in Florida, maintains an internal do-not-call list. If you ask us not to contact you, your details are added to that list and you will not be called, texted or emailed about insurance again.

This written policy is maintained under the federal telemarketing rules at 47 CFR 64.1200(d), and a copy is available to anyone who asks for one.

02How to be added to the list

You can ask to be added in any way that suits you. Tell us during a call, reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email wachimarketing@gmail.com. You can also call (561) 365-8237.

You do not have to use any particular wording or method. A request made by any reasonable means is honoured, and you are never required to explain why.

03How quickly we act

Requests are recorded as soon as we receive them, and in every case within the time the federal rules allow. Once recorded, your details are suppressed from any future outreach.

If you hear from us after making a request, please tell us at wachimarketing@gmail.com so we can correct it.

04What we record and for how long

We record the request itself, the phone number or email address it applies to, when it was made and how it reached us. We keep that record for at least five years, as the rules require.

We keep it even if you also ask us to delete your other information, because it is the only way to make sure you are not contacted again by mistake. In that situation we retain the minimum needed for suppression and nothing more.

05Identifying ourselves

On any call you may ask who is calling and how to reach us, and we will give you our name, telephone number and the details above. Calls are placed only between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

06Who this covers

Jonathan Falzone is the only person who contacts people who complete the assessment on this site. We do not sell or share enquiries with lead buyers, agent networks or other insurance agencies, so a request made to us does not need to be repeated elsewhere.

A request to us does not remove you from other companies’ lists. To limit unrelated telemarketing generally, you can register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.

07Training

Anyone placing calls on our behalf is made aware of this policy and of how to record a do-not-call request before they make any contact. At present Jonathan Falzone is the only person who does so.
