Coverage Match Online
Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
This policy explains what Coverage Match Online collects when you use this site or complete the coverage assessment, how that information is used and shared, and the choices available to you.
Who we are
Jonathan Falzone (“we”, “us”) operates Coverage Match Online at coveragematch.online. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or complete the coverage assessment, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
You can reach us at wachimarketing@gmail.com or by phone at (561) 365-8237.
Information you give us
If you complete the assessment, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, age and ZIP code, along with whether you agreed to be contacted and the date and time of that agreement. If you use a rate comparison tool we also collect your date of birth and gender, because insurers price on them, and the coverage amount you choose; on the term life tool, also the length of term you want and your height and weight, which every insurer asks for on its application. The rate tool asks for your name, email address and phone number on its last step, before showing rates: insurers quote a named person, and a licensed agent follows up on every rate request. If you request a call instead, we collect your first name and phone number, and your age if you choose to give it.
We also collect your answers to the assessment questions: who you are looking to protect, what you most want covered, whether you already have life insurance, whether you use tobacco or nicotine products, how you would describe your health and, on the term life tool, your height and weight. Some of this describes your health, which several state privacy laws treat as sensitive. We ask for it only in the broad terms shown on the form, we do not ask for medical records or diagnoses, and we use it only to prepare for a conversation about coverage.
You do not have to complete the assessment to browse the site. As you move through it we record which questions you have answered and what you selected, so that we can see where people find the assessment unclear and improve it.
If you leave before the final step we keep those answers, but we have no email address or phone number for you, and we will not contact you. On the rate tool that includes your date of birth and the other answers asked before the last step. Those answers are deleted 90 days after your visit. We keep the record of the visit itself — the information described under “Information collected automatically” below — to measure which advertising brings people to the site. On the contact step we record only that a field was filled in, never what was typed.
Information collected automatically
When you arrive we record the page you landed on, the referring website, your IP address and your browser’s user agent string.
We also record advertising identifiers that tell us which ad or campaign brought you here: the fbclid and msclkid click identifiers from the URL, the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term parameters, and the _fbp and _fbc cookies set by Meta together with the equivalent identifiers set by Microsoft.
How we use your information
We use what you provide to contact you about life insurance options, to prepare for that conversation, to keep a record of the consent you gave, to measure which advertising campaigns lead to enquiries, to understand how the assessment is used so we can improve it, and to operate and secure the site.
We do not use your assessment answers to make automated decisions about you, and completing the assessment is not an application for insurance.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Meta’s platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and on Microsoft’s platforms, including Bing. The site loads the Meta Pixel and the Microsoft UET tag, and when you submit the assessment our server also sends a “Lead” event to each of their conversion APIs so we can tell which ads produce enquiries.
Those events include your email address, phone number, first and last name and ZIP code, each converted into an irreversible SHA-256 hash before it leaves our systems — they receive the hashes, not the values themselves. They also include your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the advertising identifiers described above, which are sent as they are because each platform requires them in that form for matching.
Meta and Microsoft use this information to report on ad performance and may match it to an existing account with them. Because this involves disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, some state laws treat it as a “sale” or “share” even though no money changes hands. See “Your privacy rights” below for how to opt out.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information to lead buyers, and we do not distribute your enquiry to a network of third-party agents. Only Jonathan Falzone, a licensed insurance agent, contacts you.
If you use the rate comparison tool, we send what is needed to price a policy — your name, date of birth, gender, state, tobacco answer, health answer and the coverage amount you chose, and for term life the term length and your height and weight — to BackNine Insurance, a licensed general agency, which passes it to the insurers whose rates it retrieves. We keep the rates you were shown. If you then choose to apply online, we also send your email address, phone number and ZIP code to BackNine to start the application. The application is BackNine’s own form: it opens on this page, or on BackNine’s site if it cannot load here, and what you enter in it goes to BackNine under its own privacy policy. We do not send your information to any insurer ourselves.
We share information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf: our database and hosting providers, which store your submission and run the site, and Meta and Microsoft, as described above. Providers are permitted to use the information only to deliver their service to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, to enforce our Terms of Use, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will post notice of the change on this page.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Meta Pixel and the Microsoft UET tag set cookies in your browser — including _fbp and _fbc from Meta — to identify your device across visits. We also use your browser’s session storage to remember which ad brought you to the site as you move between pages, and on the rate tool to keep your answers and rates so that refreshing the page does not lose your progress. Session storage stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and browser privacy features or ad blockers will usually prevent these tags from loading. Doing so does not affect your ability to complete the assessment.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment submissions and the associated consent record for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and to evidence the consent you gave, and afterwards only for as long as legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations require.
You may ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details above.
Security
Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and the personal details we send to Meta are hashed before transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email wachimarketing@gmail.com from or referencing the email address or phone number you used on the form, so that we can locate your record. We will respond within the time your state’s law requires. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
To opt out of the advertising sharing described above, email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. You can also limit Meta’s use of your data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and Microsoft’s in your Microsoft account privacy settings, and block both tags using browser privacy settings or an ad blocker.
Calls, texts and emails
The assessment and the rate tool each show a consent disclosure directly above their final button. By clicking that button — labelled “Request my coverage review” on the assessment, and “See my instant rates” on the rate tool — you agree that a licensed insurance agent may contact you at the phone number you provide — including by automatic telephone dialling system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS — and by email, about insurance options. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell the agent on a call, or email wachimarketing@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact you have already requested, and we may still send you messages about an enquiry you made.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be described here.
