These terms govern your use of Coverage Match Online and the coverage assessment. Please read them before submitting your information.
Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Jonathan Falzone (“we”, “us”), which operates Coverage Match Online at coveragematch.online. By using the site or submitting the coverage assessment, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
What this service is
Coverage Match Online is a website operated by Jonathan Falzone, a life insurance agent licensed in Florida. It provides a short assessment intended to help you think about your life insurance needs and to prepare for a conversation about coverage.
It is not an insurance company. Completing the assessment or the rate tool does not shop your information among multiple agents — Jonathan Falzone is the only person who will contact you.
The rate comparison tools at coveragematch.online/fex-quote and coveragematch.online/term-quote display estimated monthly premiums for final expense and term life insurance. Those estimates are retrieved at the moment you ask from BackNine Insurance, a licensed general agency whose platform returns rates from participating insurers, and they are based only on the answers you give. They expire after 24 hours. Insurer names and logos belong to their owners; Coverage Match Online is not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurer.
The assessment is not an application for insurance, an offer of coverage, a binder, or a guarantee that any coverage will be issued or available at any particular price. A rate shown by the rate tool is an estimate, not an offer: the premium you are actually charged, and whether you are approved at all, are decided by the insurer after underwriting, and may be higher than the estimate or be declined. Nothing on this site creates an insurance policy or obliges any insurer to issue one. No coverage is in force unless and until an insurer issues a policy.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Insurance products, availability, underwriting standards and pricing vary by state, insurer and individual circumstances.
Licensing
Insurance is offered through licensed insurance producers. We are licensed in Florida. License number(s): G194317. We do not transact insurance business in states where we are not licensed.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the assessment. By submitting it you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are submitting your own information, not someone else’s.
Information you provide
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to give a phone number and email address that belong to you. Inaccurate information may prevent us from responding usefully, and any discussion of coverage based on it may not reflect what is actually available to you.
Consent to be contacted
The assessment and the rate tool each show a consent disclosure directly above their final button. By clicking that button — labelled “Request my coverage review” on the assessment, and “See my instant rates” on the rate tool — you agree that a licensed insurance agent may contact you at the number you provide — including by automatic telephone dialling system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS — and by email, about insurance options. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, telling the agent on a call, or emailing wachimarketing@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information, to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, to interfere with its operation, or to use automated means to scrape, copy or submit data through it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and branding on this site are owned by Jonathan Falzone or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or distribute them without our written permission.
Third-party sites and services
The site may link to or rely on services operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonathan Falzone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jonathan Falzone and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
